TMI - mucus plug question
No picture, I promise but detailed descriptions, lol! I've been having a lot of discharge this pregnancy, and it's often yellowish and kinda thick. I always thought it was normal discharge. Yesterday, it was more "solid", like a stringy piece, also yellowish. I don't know if it's part of my mucus plug or not.

Could be but doesn't sound like it the plug usually looks like clearish snot with pink or red streaks in it.u can call if your worried but I think u can also wait unless cramps and bleeding happen of course

Get into a routine of smelling it. If it smells foul then u may have an infection.
My cervical mucus prior to getting preggers smelt a bit soury. Even after pregnancy its still soury but i just have more mucous coming out and its like a slight offwhite colour.
If its full on yellow and smells revolting then it could be an infection but u may have other symptoms like burning pee, itchiness around vaginal area etc..
When a mucus plug comes out its a big amount and very thick and not the same as cm during ur fertile period of ovulation i heard

It doesn't smell and I don't have other symptom so it should be ok. I'll keep an eye (and nose) on it. Thanks!

I've also had discharge like you've described my whole pregnancy, seriously since i got my bfp. I'm 35 weeks and sometimes I think I'm losing my plug but I'm not! Its just another beautiful perk of pregnancy. Lol

Also as I'm sure you know your mucus plug can regenerate itself. So if you did lose some of it at 26 weeks, as long as there was no bloody show there's no indication that you will go into labor or anything like that. :)
