can i get supply back

Its been weeks since I pumped. I can still get milk if I squeeze my breast. So does that mean if I start pumping again I can get my supply back. I have twins and breast feeding both was to much work for me and I have a bad back. So I was pumping. I started the mini pill, got my period and my supply dropped and I kinda gave up. Now I regret it deeply that I stopped. I know I've been told to have them breast feed is the best way to get it back but I don't want them to get attached to the boob again and would rather pump. So do I have any chance at all to get a supply back?
