Antibiotics after C Section
So I may possibly have a infection 2 weeks after my C Section. So the doctor wants to put me on antibiotics. I'm a bit worried about taking them because I'm breast feeding and I keep hearing that they are not good to take during pregnancy and during breast feeding? Anyone take them while breast feeding?

No I'm 2 weeks pp. I had a c section. My doctor thinks I may have in infection where I was cut because it's swollen. So just in case she wants to put me in antibiotics. It's 10 days worth of pills

Call your pediatrician and just ask if they are safe to take while breastfeeding. They will know which ones are safe or if you will have to supplement

I only just found time now to check in on my twin mamas. Your babies are gorgeous, I’m so sorry to read that you’re having issues after the c section though. Hard to enjoy taking care of the babies when you’re having to work so hard to take care of yourself. I really hope you feel better soon! ❤️❤️❤️
