Shower for twins after already having one baby
Did you guys have or will you have a baby shower if you are pregnant with twins even tho you already had a child? I'm having a boy and girl and need girl stuff and other things for the twins. I already have a son but don't need much boy stuff like clothes. I was just wondering if it was the norm for your second pregnancy, especially with twins and opposite sex, for someone to throw you a baby shower?

It's ok you need stuff for lil momma so just tellm them 2 grab more girl stuff if you have plenty for lil man

Create a registry of the items you need for your babies and on the invitations write a little note that you need more girl things than boy things as you still have from your previous son.

I don't think anyone is throwing me a shower this time. That's why I was asking if it's a normal thing that people usually do for a second pregnancy, especially with twins

I’ve had 3 baby showers. Right now I’m pregnant with fraternal twins, girl and boy and my sister did a baby shower for me this past Saturday. It was nice to receive baby girl stuff. My oldest is a girl and she’s almost 16 yrs. I don’t really need boy clothes since I saved a lot of my 3 yr old clothes. Can’t wait to face this challenge in my life. TWINS!??☺️

Throw yourself a shower! We had a co-ed baby-q and put a little poem in that basically summed up what we needed... nappies, wipes etc. we put a gift registry as well. You have some clothes and supplies so asking for nappies, wipes, skincare products or vouchers is great ?
Here it’s quite common to have a shower for each pregnancy but it gets smaller each time. We bought all the big things and asked people for smaller things. But with twins everyone seems to buy outfits or little teddies or cute blankets. But from friends who already are moms I got some great gifts that weren’t on my registry!

We threw our own shower. We did a diaper raffle and ended up with TONS of diapers! We slipped the diaper raffle info into the invitation. People also brought a gifts. We registered on Amazon - they have everything you need, returns are easy and there’s a 10% completion discount for Prime members.
