unpleasant ultrasound today

So I was very disappointed with my ultra sound today. They were backed up, had to wait an hour then we got put in this tiny little room. I look around and there is no screen so I can see my babies. First thing I said is how do they look lol. My husband kept asking the lady if she could turn the screen so I could see and she says only if I was a contortionist could I do that while I'm doing the ultrasound. She was very quite and in a rush, she only told us heart rates and their sizes. So I stared at a wall the whole time. It's not my fault they over booked and where in a rush to get everyone out so they could go to lunch. I have great insurance and for what we pay for it we should have seen our babies today. Im also pretty sure they were supposed to do a sonogram to check my cervix length, but that did not happen either. I was kinda upset the whole day that I did not get to see them. We also asked if they printed pictures and the lady said no because they were spine up, whatever that means. Anyone have this happen where they got put in a tiny room and did not get to see ur babies during an ultrasound? First time I ever had this happen. It was very rushed and inpersonal
