I took a pain killer before finding out
So a couple weeks ago I took a mild pain killer for my bad back. Also throughout the last few weeks I've taken a few ibuprofen for it as well. I just found out I was pregnant a couple days ago. So my question is, since I took all these pills will it mess anything up and should I let my OB know before my first appointment?

Definitely let your dr know as soon as possible. But I think you'll probably be fine. What kind of pain pill?

Honestly I think you will be fine. Many many women don't know they are pregnant and continue with their daily lives. If it makes you feel better tell your doctor.

I forget name. But it was a mild one. It helped take the edge off a little. It was given to be by a family member because I was in so much pain and crying. I could not move or get comfortable no matter what I did.

You should be fine. December found out i have 2 herniated disc. Last period 12/23. On 12/29 had xrays and spinal injections. On 1/3/17 had pap Now I know that on 1/5/17 i concieved (after 17 cycles no luck and not trying this time). After this had a walking xray, saw a nuero surgeon, took tramadol and hydrocodone for crippling pain. Then 1/16/17 more xrays and another round spinal injections. Found out via pregnancy test '?' So went for blood work and found out on 1/25 that I was indeed pregnant. This is also our RAINBOW BABY. I am now at 24 weeks and he is healthy. Doc said it would be an immdeiate affect. So basically dont worry. (If i didnt have those injections or the PAP I probably wouldnt have fallen preggers. Life can surprise you!!!

You'll be fine... Maybe just mention it to your OBGYN for peace of mind ??
