Well u could get a little potty. I would leave it in the bathroom. My 2 year old just started telling me he pooped after going. But he has zero interest in using the potty. I have one in my bathroom anyway he knows where it is but still isn't interested. I hear boys are usually later to potty train then girls but I only have boys. My oldest started potty training at 2 and 1/2 years old

I potty trained my dd1 at 22months with a small potty in the living room. She had to st every 20-30 minutes. We read and watched tv and everything on that potty. 3 days later, done.

I would get 2 potties. One for the bathroom and one for the room he's most in. There's no harm in introducing it early! Don't push it, that will delay the whole process.

Dd is put on the potty every hour at her daycare and depending on the teacher she will use it most times. I giver her a jelly belly every time she goes at home and so does one of her teachers.

I would try every 20-30 minutes and try reading a quick book while he sits on it.
