I'm in the same boat! And I'm the same age. But definitely try to enjoy it, because before you know it you'll be holding your little one. It may be hard if you're feeling sick, but enjoy every minute. I have been feeling a bit overwhelmed too, but I am trying to enjoy it :)

Pregnancy, is fun!!! Enjoy the bump as much as possible! Don't smoke or drink please!! I hate seeing that, babies don't have an option they get what we give them so please don't (if you do) and don't complain about your pregnancy, have fun with it!! Go with the flow; be one with the bump!! Cause you never know, you may never want to have another baby after your first or you might not be able to conceive after your first anything is possible; so treasure the pregnant days. 2. Labour and birth SUCKS! it hurts like hell. So don't be one of those moms who says "I refuse the epidural, I want a drug free labor!" Look, pushing babies out of your body isn't a pleasant feeling so keep your mind open to all possibilities. You can for sure aim for no epidural and morphine, but on your hospital booklet, just put down that you want one cause when the time comes they will have it ready if you still want it (due to the booklet answer) and if you decide during labour you don't want it then you don't have to have it. Simple as that. And one last thing, all ftm want to breast feed. In the hospital booklet it'll ask what you want. Breast feed or formula. Write down both. Or formula. But when baby comes don't afraid to whip out a boob. Just if you have a hard time with the breast and you wrote down breast then they push you for so long to practice breast feeding and sometimes get pushy or rude about it. It can become more stressful than enjoyable. So your the mom, you make the decisions. Don't let any nurse get pushy or rude with you. They will keep you in hospital til they think your ready to breast feed on your own so just write down both or just formula.

Just try to relax and know that you're going to be fine :) there are plenty of girls much younger then you that are successful mothers. It's quite the adjustment but everything really does happen in its own time so the universe just felt you were ready :) I had my first at 26 and was still freaking out. Like I said it's a big life change so it's natural. Just try not to get too stressed :) enjoy it!! It's the greatest gift.
