Ok so i am 38 weeks pregnant. And my left foot, (only the left) is swollen, and numb and tingly. When its not numb, its just freaking painful, to the point it hurts to walk on it.

No idea what it could be, but if it was me I'd probably give the doctor a call...

Could be a pinched nerve in your back. I would see a chiropractor.
