braxton hicks
With my other 2 children i never felt braxton hicks contractions, and only felt real contraction with my first 8 hrs after my water broke.
How can you tell the difference between a regular contraction and a Braxton hicks?

My doc said they are braxton hicks, since they are so irregular. But otherwise i havent a clue of the difference. Lol
