opinions!!! pls!!!
Ok i am 36 weeks, yesterday at doc office i was 50% effaced and 1.5 cm dilated. All day today i have been cramping on and off, about every 20 min. (new)Nurse at doc office said its probably just bh and for me to drink water and walk around.

Drinking water and walking has done no good, still cramping every 20 min.

Every 20 min isn't much of a concern especially since they aren't getting closer or stronger but if you are worried go to L&D
