@kate - temp increase after O due to increased level of progesterone that cause changes in the uterine lining for possible implantation. If there is no pregnancy, progesterone levels drop/temp drops and AF shows.

So, I'm quite new to this whole temperature thing, I usually just use OPK's, what's your temp meant to do after ovulation? Cos mine just seems to be going up and up and up ?

@kate - I'm following the Chinese calendar of the bump app. Skipped months that said it would be a girl. ? We're going to try for another month & if I still won't fall pregnant, I wouldn't mind another girl.

@Ashleigh - first, congratulations! Ur symptoms are promising. I really hope it's a good sign. I'm 4dpo and no symptoms whatsoever! Keep us updated ?

I think we are cycle buddies!!! FF says 3dpo and Kindara 2, so depending on which one is accurate!! Baby dust to you!!:)

I have a 5 year old son already but recently got remarried ☺️ I stopped the pill in January and have been tracking my cycles since then. All looks good, I have ovulated every month.. Took 8 months to fall pregnant with my son but I wasn't keeping track of temps or even when I ovulated, so fingers crossed for the next! Been nauseous all day today, and tired. Fingers crossed it's a good sign!

Lol it's not crazy, how does it work tho? Do you skip certain months?

Hi kate, it's our 3rd month trying though we started ttc dec'15, we're trying for a boy and we're following the months that are (I know crazy right? Lol!)

I'm only two days behind you, just ovulated yesterday. I'm traveling right now so I am hoping that the time changes won't effect my chart too much.
