I always ovulate the day after the first positive, so the second positive day.

Once your opks go positive , u ovulate 12 to 36 hours later. That's when the egg is released.

So is your egg released at peak, after peak or before peak?

I've been meaning to for a couple weeks, but I keep forgetting! If you are thinking of doing opk, I HIGHLY recommend the Wondfo brand on Amazon. $16 gets you 50, which should easily last 5 months or more.

Also note the times. Afternoon and evening are best, don't test in the morning! I try to do a 2 hour hold.

Example of LH (OPK) tests for those that ask about when they are positive. Just CD 16 & 17 (and maybe 18) are positive. I ovulated on CD 17 per temps. I know a lot of people ask, and thought this might help :-)
