Pregnant all Summer

Am I the only one that's not excited to be in my 3rd trimester during the hottest time of the year? ? I hope it's not too miserable and hot. I'm due July 25th.

Talonsmommy, how funny! We are super busy in the fall so that made an October due date tough. We go to lots of fall festivals and pumpkin patches and I was worried to take our daughter by myself!

I don't think anyone needs to apologize. Every single comment can be a trigger for someone else...talking about morning sickness and someone that suffered a loss would love to toss their cookies and pee their pants all day long...

But someone made the comment about footies in the summer, I hate footies on babies since it makes their feet smell and hairs can get wrapped around their toes. I would much rather not worry about socks and put them in cute skirts and shorts!

My daughter was born in September 3 years ago. It wasn't that bad, I was swollen. I wore skirts and dresses a lot. I'm thrilled to be having a summer baby. I was born in the winter and as a kid a winter birthday wasn't much fun lol

Honestly I'm over the moon I'm even pregnant. Been trying for a year and finally got my bfp. Praying this little blessing grows healthy and stays with me. This is our last one. We only want 2 kids. Anytime of year is a blessing in my book ??✝️

My first 2 kids were born end of September so I know what you mean. I'm glad to not have to be pregnant through August tho lol man that's the worst.

I'm due July 12th, and it's usually not bad here until July, so I'm not too worried about it. I am worried about having a newborn when it's so hot. I can't baby wear outside and I'll be fretting about the car being hot. Luckily I'm a big homebody, so we won't go out much in the beginning.

I'm really excited to be pregnant in the summer. My daughter was born in April so I was covered up with jackets, scarves and pants. I'm looking forward to wearing maxi dresses and maybe even some crop tops. :) Although I may end being a hot sweaty mess.. who knows.

Summer babies are fun. Staying hydrated can be difficult. This is my third pregnancy and my second summer baby. My first DD was born at the end of July and it actually rained the week of her birth so it was cooler than normal. Honestly the more hot it is the less clothes you wear. I wore a maxi dress almost every day and I will never regret it.

I'm looking forward to it. Relaxing by the pool as much as I can! My son and I are water bugs! He was born early October so I was pretty big all through summer with him and it was only bad because at the time we lived in Germany and they don't use central air! So I don't think it will be bad this time :)

I've birthed two in October. I think delivering in July will be a nice change of pace. Although in Oregon it doesn't usually get hot until July/August.

Both my girls were born in August, it's not so bad. I'm not looking forward to being really big in the winter because it's a lot mor clothing and such.. as were the summer you can wear cool flowy dresses

Okay first of all, I am NOT complaining about being pregnant. I said I am not excited about being pregnant almost all Summer. Those are two completely different things. I'm very blessed to be able to have this amazing, wonderful journey ahead of me.

Pregnancy is beautiful yes, and my heart breaks for women that have lost children and that are unable to get pregnant.

However, guess what? Sometimes being pregnant can be unpleasant. Especially in the hot, dry Summer. So if anyone is offended by this, especially mommies that have angel babies, I'm truly sorry but I shouldn't not be allowed to express how I feel.

My oldest was born September 18, I went through the entire summer with that pregnancy. It was really horrid!

I live in Pacifica, north of San Francisco. I have enough big sweaters to be comfortable, I hope. ;)

Yes it's very sad that some people have miscarriages but it doesn't mean you can't have a whinge when you feel like it!!

I'm just happy to be pregnant after numerous IUIs and 2 ivfs and thousands of dollars spent.

I'll take anytime of year.

Just FYI, people who are having miscarriages could be reading this and wanting nothing more than to be pregnant this summer.

I'm actually glad, but I live in a not-too-hot area, so my due date (July 4) is usually pretty mild weather. I'm excited to have a summer baby, so I don't have to bundle him/her up so much!

My last one was born in august. I'll be honest, it was awful. I was so swollen even though I drank soooo much water. I hated not being able to put my newborn in footed onsies. Sorry to be a downer. On the other hand my sis in law has all her babies in summer and she seems fine.

My first was born 6/1 and I loved that pregnancy and having a newborn in the summer! My second was born 10/10 and it wasn't super hot here in September or October, but I liked being able to wear tanks and maxis most of my pregnancy. I love summer babies, they're the easiest in my opinion, and I love spending time with my family off of work in the summer!

Ohhhh Mann! I'm in south Georgia, USA and I'm sooooo no ready for this heat! I've already decided that summer activities for me is a no go

Not excited at all. I have a december baby and this will be my first summer baby. It gets to 112 where I am and im going to not be happy lol

I'm dreading it. My daughter was born June 21st and I thought THAT was bad. This baby is due July 11th, and the thought of going that extra couple of weeks and making me upset haha. It'll be well worth it though!!

I always hoped I'd be due in spring... My legs swell during summer anyway from the heat, so this will not be fun! But hey.... After 2 years of TTC, I'll take any old time of year. At least it's not end of August! I think that would be much worse.

I am excited about it! I have always hoped I would be big and prego in summer instead of the winter!!!

*Also I'm NOT complaining about being pregnant. I'm very blessed to have my sweet little baby growing inside of me, and if I had to I would spend the whole 9 months in 100°F weather if it means my baby is happy and healthy ❤

Short Luteal Phase?

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
