The ligaments of the uterus stretch into the bag area.. so it is quite possible ligament pain.. I've had it for a while and it comes and goes depending on what I have been doing..

Same with me. It feels like I pulled something down there. My doctor said it was completely normal. It's just a pain >_

I always cut it still warm but not hot, that's when it tastes the best anyway

We let it cool enough to eat then cut it.
