All sleep and I'm awake again!
Does anyone else suffer with insomnia I have it really bad I don't get much sleep as it is with my oldest as he has severe needs and has me up and down all night but I just can't seem to sleep in between I've had 5 hours in 5 days with the odd 10 minute naps here and there I'm running on empty I'm shaking and hallucinating at times (not really bad but it scares me) ?? does anyone have any tips to help sleep ? thank you x
I had terrible time sleeping when I was pregnant, the only thing that sent me into a deep sleep was reading lol I would literally read anything, I downloaded iBooks onto my iPhone and downloaded a load of the free books off there, reading works wonders x

Oh gosh, poor you. I've suffered in the past but nothing like this. Must be hard to switch off. Have you tried listening to relaxing meditation music on YouTube? Some are 8h deep sleep tracks. Or hypno apps? X

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Does anyone like their in laws? With all the posts about terrible in laws I was just wondering if anyone actually likes their in laws?!?! I love me in laws. I'm blessed to have such a wonderful immediate and extended family. My mil loves spending time with my boys. She comes over at least once a week and will sleep over. She gets up with the boys in the morning and let's my husband and I sleep in. My fil is a great man also. He's always coming over to visit and do some odd jobs around the house (my husband is not handy at all lol). So anyone else have great in laws?? I figured I'd ask so we can talk positively about our in laws!!!
Took this lastnight...and I'm not sure how I should feel. I've made a terrible mistake by having sex so soon after having a baby but it has made such a precious thing. I really don't want to have an abortion but my Fiancé does. I understand why he wants to go that route but I just would feel absolutely terrible about doing that. I cried all night...I really don't know what to do. PLEASE NO JUDGING IM ONLY POSTING THIS FOR SUPPORT.
So frer test have been given a bad name because it's giving false positives. Do you all think that could have happened to me? Googles got me paranoid. I have pregnancy symptoms. 😩 has anyone experienced a false positive with frer?

I'll try reading tonight ? I've been a bad sleeper since my oldest was born he is a dreadful sleeper sometimes he literally sleeps for 20 minutes then up for 2 hours then that goes on all night ? my 4 month old must know I need sleep as he is fantastic and my 2&4 year olds are fab sleepers too x
