Baby hair colour and rudeness!

My husband is slightly ginger and when my daughter was born, people kept looking at her and saying 'do you think her hair looks ginger' and at birth her hair did look to have that sort of tinge to it.

She's grown to have brown hair with the most gorgeous natural blond streaks. But who cares if it was ginger. Ginger hair is beautiful I think, so is red.

Do children with ginger or red hair still get bullied?

I love ginger hair, think ginger babies and kids are gorgeous, ladies with gingery hair look amazing and ginger guys are hot!

3 out of my 4 children are ginger, my oldest is blonde, when she was born she had jet black hair. Then when her sister was born she was bald but her hair grew in ginger, i had people say oh have they got the same daddy? It really peed me off x

I got this as well oh I hope he don't come out ginger. Guess what he did and he's bloody gorgeous and suits it xx

My oldest has light ginger hair. It's more a strawberry blonde but looks darker as it gets longer. Lovely blue eyes. He'd look strange with any other hair colour. His brother has brown hair and lovely blue eyes. I was born ginger but it grew out as I got older and is now light brown x

The joke is, we're a better looking couple than most of the people saying it, so I've got no worries about how my baby will turn out. So immature. I still don't understand how ginger is a joke. I think red heads are hot! #PrinceHarry!

I love ginger and red hair, would love if one of mine were born with it I highly doubt it as me n hubby both have dark brown black hair ? glad u told em to piss off! Some ppl are so backwards x

I have 2 boys, one with red curly hair, the other with straight brown hair.

I was once in a lift with my boys and a lady said to me "what happened for him to be a ginger nob, and him have brown hair" ????my eldest is 4 so could understand everything she said.

I really don't get it either it's a hair colour I'm naturally very dark and hubby is blonde, I dye mine auburn, red & copper a lot I would of loved red hair I have a friend with red hair and green eyes she's absolutely stunning and has never dyed it, she was gutted hers came out with black hair haha x

I was actually a little sad that my LO wasn't a red head. We both have ginger in our families. We ended up with a very fair blondie- but people's concerns over hair colour are pathetic!

I don't get why people do not like ginger hair! I love it, I think babies/children look adorable with red hair.

My husbands cousin (adult) has the most beautiful red hair, all different tones like gorgeous natural highlights. People would pay a lot of money to have her "ginger" hair I am telling you!

I totally agree with you on this! I hate it how people say that, I'm expecting my first baby and on my side of the family and the baby's dad is got ginger and very red hair running in both side and friends have mocked it! It frustrates me I love red/ginger hair it's beautiful, people are just little minded and mock anything these days xx
