No it wasn't the Golden Lion it was and other one, there were 3 pubs, The Golden Lion, The Angel and another one oh oh oh it was the White Horse i think.....

I live on Gladstone street, up near the market place! And are you meaning the golden lion? When I first moved here I lived on the estate although that's not there anymore it's been knocked down and new houses are on it now xx

@mrsgarfield, where abouts in Loftus? I used to live on Hall Grounds and go to Rosecroft School (which is no longer lol!!) also had a few nights out in the Angel and the other pub that's there, can't think of the name right now :)

Oh I love Saffron Walden!! It's beautiful :). We moved here about 16 years ago and then left a year or so later to go back to boro and then left again a few years later and haven't looked back :) Cambridge is home now :)
