My little leftie! He bats left handed and does almost everything else right handed. ⚾️ he hit the ball tonight when it was pitched to him, rather than off the tee (they're 5 so they get a few opportunities to hit a pitch and if they don't hit it, they use the tee). We were so proud!

I have been trying so hard to be calm, and nice. This morning though, my fiancès son decided to spit at me and hit me. This is constant with the hitting, the spitting is new. We've both tried sitting and talking to him, time outs, cry it out, try to avoid spanking as much as possible but it has happened. No form of discipline works with him. Idk if this is a little to harsh but my stepson is 2 and 7 months now the time outs are not working so I stepped it up a little and decided to take all toys away and tv away for whatever he has left of the day till bed time. Gets it taken for hitting us or throwing toys or kicking... He kicked me right in the mouth last night so he didn't get his toys till after nap and no cartoons and thats around 4pm is this to much??
