Your fertility window starts 5 days before your expected ovulation day. They suggest that you bd at least every other day and especially the day before and the day of ovulation. If you’re not sure if you actually ovulate on the day that pp says you do then you may try OPK and bbt and checking your cm to check for actual ovulation day. Good luck! ???✨
