Oh good! My back has been ehh here and there. I just have a large baby in there.

Omg...He changed position and moved back up to my ribs and the relief was immediate! I can walk again ?

No, not really. An Epsom salt bath helps some. Other than that, massage helps to keep the rest of me more comfortable so the pelvic floor pain is easier to tolerate.

Welcome to the club svoymas ? have you found anything that gives you some relief?
Ceannie·
@Beats feels like I've been riding a horse for a year, got off of it and it kicked me in the crotch ? thanks for the tip about Epsom salts will definitely be getting some today
@sugar Awe that's sweet of your OH. Maybe try getting him to rub some essential oils in while he's doing it?

Oh its kicking up here too. :(

Do you have Epsom salt? Throw that in the bath. I did that before and it helped with the deep achiness. Feels like you've been riding a horse all day, right?

Dh rubs it minimally. I don't let him really rub it long and plus I think it's my bed. But yes it will be worth it.
Ceannie·
Sorry to hear that Sugar... It sucks ? it'll all be worth it when we're holding our rainbows though. Have you tried pregnancy massage to relieve the back pain?

Ouch! My lower back has been like this for the last 2 weeks now. I waddle cuz it hurts to bad.
Ceannie·
Thanks guys. Poor DF finished up work early to come help me. I've had it for a few weeks now but this is by far the worst day ? trying to get up and walk for 10 minutes every hour or so. Still quite painful though. Gonna have a warm bath and see if it helps

Oh sorry Hun."

Feeling your pain! ? hope it is better soon!

Ugh, I'm so sorry, mama! I know the pain. Try not to over do it. Not walking too much, not sitting too long and sleeping with pillow between my legs makes the SPD more bearable.

I'm so sorry, is there anyone who can help you grocery shop?
