Gender Dissapointment

Bahaha I have a feeling this one is going to keep hiding from us ? he or she will probably come out with their hands covering their modesty ??? I have a 3d scan booked girls, 10th of november...so not too far away. Just hope this one is a bit more thorough I'm really scared he might have missed something.

My anatomy scan was rushed, too :(. It lasted for about 10 minutes. And if we hadn't already known gender from the Panorama test, I wouldn't trust her prediction because the umbilical cord was between his legs.

I'm going to odds on team pink for you.??? boys are usually keen to show off and girls tend to be more modest!

Hopefully the 3D scan will show you - I have a scan mon 36/37 weeks and can't wait to see baby again!

How annoying that u still don't no the gender, but yay that u hve a happy and healthy little one in there! ?

Omg I kno, the 27th can't come fast enough I'll be almost 16 weeks :) I'll post them asap when I get them.

No its not to late you have all the way up to your due date. Just book one and see what they say. I just booked a HD Live Scan for the 27th. So excited.

It's never to late to book a 3d ultrasound. Well at least not where I'm located. Best of luck to you! Hopefully bubs cooperates at your next scan!! Keep us updated! ☺

I think you guys are right. I'm going to book a private scan for some peace of mind. Is it too late for a 3d scan?

Still not happy with how the scan went but at least I know bubs is ok. That's the main thing and I'm going to focus on that.

@Hilary from what I can see on the scan photos, baby had its legs curled up a bit but not up by its head. Maybe that's why he couldn't get a good shot? Maybe if he'd prodded a little baby would have moved. They were very active during the scan ?

My baby weighed 14oz. Idk how many grams that is lol she also was folded in half. Her feet were above her head so we had a clear shot of the goods. I agree with pp I'd go pay to have a private ultrasound so you can find out.

That is surprising, my anatomy scan took nearly an hour!

Wow, my Anatomy scan took 45 minutes. In fact they told me it would be 45 minutes too! Now my follow up scan (because they couldn't quite see some things mainly because of position and partially size) took about 10 minutes, but they were only looking at the spine and face.

That's crazy I would get a private gender scan bc you should be able to know by now

Ugh really? I feel like he didn't even attempt to look properly. He said the head is resting by my left side and the legs are down towards my pelvis. He took maybe 5 or 6 pictures then sent us on our way. He said the baby weighs about 450 grams...is that normal?

Hmm. At my anatomy scan at 21 weeks my daughter was breech an we seen she was a girl. An I felt mine was rushed too. I swear it felt like 5mins. She took all kind of measurements an screenshots though.
