TMI Post ? Ummm.... my nipples are leaking quite a bit. It's clear fluid...should I be worried? I'm 20 + 4

I started leaking at 20! At first it was clear but around 25 i started leaking colostrum. I was so excited the first time it happened lol.

Its early but common i heard alot of pregnant women starting to leak around 20 weeks. Iam 23 weeks and still not a drip but really i cant tell cause I work 12 hour shifts and i always just said it was sweat haha
