Milk donation
Anyone here a milk donor? I produce more milk than my son needs as my son has started sleeping through the night and has started weaning.

I've just been in contact with them and because my son is nearly 6 months and because they have enough milk they don't need me to be a donor. I could have expressed 200-300oz a month too. I guess I just need to drop my morning pumping session and let my supply reduce. Just seems like such a waste. It's only because my son has started weaning and now sleeps through the night I have this over supply. Oh well.
I donated with my third. He's 16 mths now. It was a bit if a hassle dropping it off etc but really worth it. If you google it you cab find out your nearest hospital that has a milk bank as not all do. I used to express first thing in the morning as that worked best for me. Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
As your baby gets older your milk changes. As the majority of the milk is used for prem babies they need milk from mums of younger babies. I had to stop at six months as well x
