He still had a 20 minute nap this morning as we were out but he's in his bed now with the White noise going and we're just about to hit the 20 minute mark.
He slept well unwrapped last night but was stirring a bit around 3am but just needed the dummy back in.
In trying to keep track of the time he's awake and forcing him to sleep instead of just cruising along till he cries from being tired. Seems to be working so far. Ever since the 430 sleep yesterday with the white noise he's been a different kid
Preventing overtired is always a big help!! My husband complains that I am always saying the baby is tired and about to nap... Well it's true! 2 hours flies bye and it's nap time yet again.
