What formula did you try Hun? I tried giving my 4month old a bottle of formula tonight, I'd like to begin mix feeding semi regularly & don't want to pump. He will take a bottle of EBM, but the second he latched onto the teat he screwed his face up like I'd given him a lemon to suck on & then spat the teat out... It's the third unsuccessful attempt...

We used Karicare :) keep at it!

Noah did the same at the start.. Got a taste and screwed his face. I guess because I'm quitting the breast cold turkey he got hungry enough for it.

At least you can have comfort now in knowing exactly how much he is drinking. Here's hoping he starts sleeping better for you as well.

Just try not to worry too much about his weight. They slow down their weight gain around 6 months and they also start moving around a bit more as well which burns more of their energy.

Don't be scared of losing your bond! Once he is bigger he won't even want you to hold his bottle lol
