yep, I used to hate ginger drink, but it worked after I forced it down my throat, lol. So it's now my must early symptoms remedy if other remedies fail.

It's horrible but taking some apple cider vinegar can help. My mum does a little mix of Apple cider vinegar, honey and cinnamon.

the dreaded winter symptoms my 3yo brings home too. What soothes my throat is Manuka honey and ginger tea sachets in boiling water, stir let it cool and sip every few minutes, twice a day for 3 days. Works for me.

I always put vicks on my neck with a scarf. What about drinking hot water with lemon and tea. That helps it to feel better.
