M/S concerns? Morning sickness, who am I kidding.. I've been experiencing 'all bloody day' sickness…

I'd call the nurse on call now and get their advice. Blood doesn't sound good. Xxxx

I'm not entirely sure but I think blood can be from so much throwing up you damage your oesophagus from the stomach acid.

Still, throwing up blood always warrants a doctor visit of some kind or at least call your midwife and ask her. Tell her you can't go to your doctor today and see whether she suggests going to the ER? They can give you medication to help stop throwing up (and a prescription for afterwards) because obviously it is starting to cause damage.

I had all day sickness from about 5 weeks until around 25ish weeks and was hospitalised 3 times for dehydration.

I had a few episodes of throwing up blood and was told to go to emergency because they needed to determine if it was just my tummy or I had torn my oesophagus (sp?).

Lucky it was only my tummy because the other can be extremely dangerous.

So I would highly recommend getting checked out at hospital to be on the safe side.

I had severe "all day all night" sickness throughout my whole pregnancy and was in and out if hospital on drips and heaps of times there was blood in my vomit my doctors didn't seem to concerned said it was just from my throat being irritated from non stop vomiting...but it is always better to get checked just in case good luck hope it stops for you soon it's a terrible thing

Streaks are completely fine, the amount your vomiting its expected, when preg with ds I had HG and my record was 17 spews in a day I was spewing up streaks and ur throat doesn't have to hurt either. It's just like a popped blood vessel from the pressure.

I am preg again and when I have intense spew sessions it can happen. I've spewed at hospital before and they seen it it's ok :)

I found eating tiny little plain snacks all day really helped. I'm 14 weeks too and I had a lousy week too. Really exhausted and ms all day. I haven't vomited at all though.

Thanks for all your advice ladies! I ended up just leaving it (I know) and today I've been perfectly fine.

We moved houses and I'm currently hanging out on our lounge in the new house.

Due to change of plans I don't have to travel to and forth from Sydney so I'll be booking an appointment with a new doctor very shortly :)
