I saved a baby
I dropped off dd at school and decided to take ds to chick fil a to play and have some breakfast.
This happened with my nephew ? I was watching him before I had my own child. I was pretty young. I put him on the kitchen table in his car seat while I sat down to put my shoes on. He leaned forward and thankfully fell into a chair instead the floor. I couldn’t sleep for a few nights. I was so shaken and felt horrible.
Now that I think of it there was another incident with the same dd last year, went to Walmart, she's 5 now and I put her in the seat of the shopping cart and buckled her in and was picking out some things for my hospital bag and little did I know the cart was broken and she barely shifted her weight to look at me and the entire basket tipped but the frame and wheels were still touching the floor and she's pinned under the basket and I'm 9 months pregnant so I can barely lift it off her with her weight combined and she doesn't know how to unbuckle herself so I'm just stuck there trying to keep her legs from getting pinned yelling for help and a man comes running over to pull it up while I get her out. I don't trust shopping carts anymore either, thankfully she wasn't seriously hurt but I should have sued Walmart for that shat!
Reminds me of the time my dd was in her car seat and I set it on the couch and turned around to get something out of the diaper bag, this was a week after she was born and I was visiting my dad so I turn back and my dad picks up one end of the couch to look under it for whatever reason and she goes toppling to the floor and all you can hear is my blood curdling scream "the baby" as I lunge to catch her but didn't move fast enough. She screamed her poor little heart out but I'm just glad she was still buckled in properly and it was just the thump of her car seat hitting the floor that scared her. The adrenaline rush and fear in that moment had me crying, I know it was an accident but I'm traumatized for life and will never leave any of my kids unbuckled in anything car seat, stroller, swing, if it has buckles I'm using them!
thank you. Wasn’t really posting for myself. Just letting people know not to put car seats on tables I guess lol but thank you all. I was just happy I was able to catch her
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
So scary . Thank god you were there !
