Phentermine
I started last month and they stared me on 15 mg. I lost 10 lbs ina month. Seriously the most I’ve lost in the last 9 months that I’ve been trying to. I count my calories eat right, drink lots of water. And work out. Now I’m on 30 and I can’t lose any freaking weight. I’m plateaued completely. Any advice?? Oh and my period is late. Tubes tied. I know it’s not my thyroid since I don’t have any of the cold sensitivity nor do I feel tired and all that. Advice?

I used these before. Are you working out and getting the vitamin shot? When I used them I lost 40lbs in about 3.5 months but I was working out once or twice a day.
Edit:I just seen where u r working out. Sorry I have no advice ?

Maybe you are gaining muscle.
Idk I drop a pound a day on Phentermine that stuff is fantastic.

Be careful on phentermine. It really messes your body up. Most people lose big on it, but then can't lose without it. Make sure you're eating healthy and drinking plenty of water and exercising.

That sounds too good to be true lol.
Would you gain it all back if you stop taking that ?

Where do you buy this?

Emma it's a prescription, basically speed. Gives you energy and suppresses appetite. It's not safe for long term use & the weight almost always comes back after you stop, it's actually not prescribed very often anymore.

Pp, the way my dr described it was a tool. If you continue your old habits of crappy eating and not working out then yes, the weight will come back. I actually called after two weeks and asked why I wasn’t feeling energy boost like I had read it did. Dr explained it’s not going to. The main point of it is to decrease appetite and jumpstart weight loss. My dr only prescribes it for a three month period because it’s best for short term. But she did say many of her patients don’t gain back the weight. Some will set mark of 5-10lb weight gain and they will either start again on phentermine or start a different one that is not as aggressive and safe for long term. I didn’t take it for a few days and noticed that in reality I don’t need a big plate to get full. That’s something I liked. Now I’m just rambling. Sorry

You’re rambling because you’re on phentermine ?

I've been wanting to get on this but I have no idea what doctor can give it to me or where to go? Looking it up on Google gives me nothing.

I’ve actually taken it before. Your GP can get you a prescription.

What kind of exercising do you do? If you’ve plateaued it could be that you need to switch up the type of exercising you’re doing to shock your system.

Pp I got it at a weight loss clinic. I got referred to her by my gp to her. I liked her a lot since she ran plenty of tests to make sure I was healthy enough to take it.
ETA- pp I do cardio and strength. I have been increasing my cardio with the stair master alternating speeds and such and going longer. I have noticed that my lung and endurance is increasing. Finally did 25 minutes non stop for the first time.
I’ve also been doing different strengthening exercises

Op when I was using phentermine and would hit a plateau, what would help me is to take a break for a day or 2. Shock your body a little bit. Have a day or 2 of no phen, and eating more, then take it again and it get back on track. My body would get used to the same thing every day. Also, avoid citrus! Like juice etc, it supposedly stops it from working! It sounds drastic but I also wouldn’t eat 2 hours before or after taking it in the morning. That way it doesn’t absorb into your food.

Op have you tried doing a HITT class? Or look into fitness blender on YouTube. They are hard workouts but I get really good results with them.

My mom lost 100lbs on phentermine. It has been a struggle keeping it off, but it helped her get to the weight that was easier for her o work out. She would take random breaks from it, so that her body didn't get so used to it that it would quit working. Fast forward to now, 5 years later, and she weighs less than me, looks great, and is a gym rat. I think the medicine is great when used correctly and mixed with great eating and workouts. She always said those small breaks from it helped a lot.
