Fat burning supplements

I've been working out and dieting. I've lost inches but not weight. I want to lose weight. Any suggestions? I was looking at hydroxycut platinum

If you want to lose weight, cut carbs by a LOT. Once you cut them out, your body burns fat for energy. I have a friend that has lost 60 pounds in about a year doing low carb/keto.

Honestly weight means nothing. Muscle weighs more than fat so it's actually possible to gain weight and be much slimmer.

Numbers on a scale are so unhealthy to pay attention to. Look at what a lb of fat looks like vs. A lb of muscle

Do not take any of that crap. Increase weights but you can keep cardio the same. They don't recommend more than 30min cardio at a time because you just end up taking away from muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat per surface area so go by the way your clothes fit, not the scale. Muscle burns calories long term versus fat, which is why strength training is recommended.

Definitely keep the strength training in. Building those muscles are what's burning your fat. Cardio is a quick fix and should be included however, it only burns calories for a small amount of time after you've stopped. Weight training burns calories well after you've stopped your workout.

I was doing cardio for hours after I had my first son- he loved being in the stroller and the dog loves walking so we spent a lot of time walking (not intentionally 'working out'). Well I dropped all my baby weight and then some BUT we had 3 days of really bad rain/ flooding that kept us inside and I watched my weight increase. Literally, 3 days to start undoing months of cardio. I did a ton of research on it and cardio has a lot of benefits and should be included but weight training is what's going to be the most help in the long run.

Don't be discouraged my the scale! They are just numbers. I would recommend measuring your progress in what you can do. Ex. Number of push up, pull ups, crunches, time to run a mile etc. You'll see your progress a lot more clearly then a scale:) keep up the good work, op!

Go to gnc and get CLA and green tea extract. I take both of these supplements twice a day.

This is an article on how cla works for your body.

https://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/reform12.htm

You can also purchase cla from the site i listed.

Edit to add that building muscle is an effective way to help you burn more calories. Strength training is a great way to get what you're looking for. Muscle burns fat.

I would increase your cardio and decrease your strength training. Calorie counting is helpful too.

@newly about 90 minutes of cardio a week and 120 of interval/weight training. 1500 calls 45%carbs 20% fat 35% protein 10+ cups water

I agree. Don't take diet pills. Most are horrible for you, and some even dangerous for your heart. Losing inches is great. It means you're losing fat and gaining muscle. That'll rev your metabolism and I'm sure the scale will budge soon.

Please do not take diet pills, they are not good for you.

What does your diet look like? Exercise plan? Water intake

Hey preggies! This is like a super nerd alert but I've found an equation developed and validated by researchers/OBs/mathematicians out of Duke Medical Center that predicts birth weight. Out of 87% of births, weight was predicted within 15% of actual birth weight- nearly the same accuracy as birth weight predicted via ultrasound. I just did the equation and if I had Baby D now, she'd weigh 6.46lbs!

How much have you ladies gained so far ?? I've gained 64lbs 😳 my husband makes me feel shitty when I indulge by reminding me how hard it's gonna be to lose the weight once baby comes. I don't know if it hurts my feelings or pisses me off but my dr doesn't seem to be concerned about all this weight I've gained I started at 106lb so I was small to begin with. Talk about stressful

Ok so not using actual numbers.. But everyone knows I'm over weight since having my girls. It's no secret. BUT i was talking with my hubby last night and idk how we got to this but he said something like (not using actual numbers) no one should weigh 800lbs, they should take care of themselves. And i said so what if someone weighs 800lbs? He said no one should weigh that, they should be healthier. I said well i almost weigh 800! I'm in the 790s. And I'm healthy. I may be overweight but i don't have any diseases, no high cholesterol, no high blood pressure, i don't have a bad heart, lungs, or anything else. So I'm healthy I'm just over weight. So then we argued about him having an issue with my weight.. Am i wrong in this? Because it really hurt my feelings.. I've tried sooo many different things to lose weight but having hypothyroidism makes you gain/hard to lose. And my medications for depression and anxiety cause you to gain also.. So it's very hard to lose weight.. But i didn't even know he had an issue with my weight until last night..
