Phoenix Arizona
Anyone live there? Pros cons??
I lived in mesa, az. Moved recently for a safer community.
Con
Hot as ever.
Higher crime than where I was originally from.
I parked in phoenix. Came back to my van broken in, side panels ripped out, and all the wiring disconnected. Police said they must have thought I was a drug carrying van.
Roaches and scorpions
Pros
Warm winters
Low cost of living for a metro city.
I'm from Yuma, Az and every time I go to Phoenix, I don't know how people deal w-the traffic!!! I would go nuts driving there every day!! Yuma is quite a small city, so for me the traffic is insane in comparison.
Born and raised in Phoenix,AZ
I laughed at all the comments. Pretty much summed it up.
OP do you have any specific questions?

I live in Mesa Arizona I wouldn't live in Phoenix too much people and I hate the tragic and there's some bad neighborhoods I hate the Arizona heat it's way too hot although it's a dry heat so it's not as bad as Florida or California where's it's humid where I live it's a calm neighborhood we do find some scorpions though
I use to live in Avondale
This is the best way to describe it ?????
I was born and Raised in Tucson, Az .
Pros: there's a lot to do when there's nothing to do .
Cons: Gang violence , drugs but honestly there pros and cons in every single city . It just depends what you consider good and bad ?
I live 2 hours north in a beautiful mountain town Flagstaff. But I'm always in Phoenix and considered moving there but didn't.
Pros: its cheaper to live there but only because its the devils armpit. Its very big so there's a lot to do. A lot of career opportunities and schools. Its nice during the winter.
Con's: a lot of violence and crazy people. Its super hot in the summers. Traffic blows. Everything is far away and a long drive.
Arizonan, born and raised.
Cons: summers are brutally hot, not much rain, some areas are not safe, some gang activity, scorpions, rattle snakes and Gila monsters, not very green and few trees in the valley, most of the time our skies are smoggy.
Pros: northern Arizona is beautiful and isn't as hot. It has many pretty places to escape to like Flagstaff, Payson or Sedona. The rest of the year outside of the summer heat is beautiful. The winters aren't very cold. Spring is pretty with all of the blooming cacti and palo verde trees. We have a nice blend of people of all backgrounds so you get a lot of amazing people to cross paths with. Downtown Phoenix has delicious places to eat. The Grand Canyon is breathtaking. The cost of living isn't too bad and there are lots of job opportunities. Oh and monsoon season is amazing, well the years we get good storms any way.
If you want to know specific neighborhoods or towns, or more info about something, let me know.
I live in Phoenix.
Cons- it is hot as hell
Pros- prepares you for what hell feels like incase you end up there.
