eggs When can you introduce them? Is it till a year?

My son's pediatrician recommended when he was 9 months old. I would check with your child's.

In Belgium they say it's ok after 6 months.

9 months is what my pediatrician said. Honey is now the only one that they tell you to definitely not give.

Eggs were actually one of his first foods - we were advised not to withhold any foods unless we had an allergy and of course, honey was a year.

I was never given a restriction, just waited till 6 months for any type of food

In Canada, it's recommended to give eggs at 6 months to prevent possible egg allergies later in life. But in other places, it's held off till a year like milk and honey. It depends on which studies you follow, really.

my guys had scrambled eggs mixed with milk before 1 year. Makes it a little softer and fluffier for them.

I generally wait on needs some chewed foods until they at least have 2 teeth on top and bottom.
