Brown mucus
Sorry tmi but I've had lots of browny/orangey mucus today, in the toilet, whenever I go for a wee. My midwife told me to go to the nearest hospital, so I've been checked over by midwife and doctor there. Baby's heartbeat is still strong, I haven't had any pains, cervix is closed and no sign of bleeding. They said to keep an eye on it and go back if I get red/pink blood or pains. They said it might just be old blood but its still happening. I'm 22wks with my first baby so not really sure what is ok and what isn't. Has anyone else had this? I'm still so worried. ?

Thanks ladies. We hadn't had sex recently so we're still unsure what caused it, but it seems to have stopped now and can still feel baby as much as normal, so feeling better now.

My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her ...

My SO has been rude a lot ever since I've gotten pregnant...he said he doesn't care about my pregnancy, he doesn't even take one day off from work just ONE to come to at least one ultra sound appointment. I mean he's always making sure I'm fed, he lets use the heating pad, and even apologized to saying he doesn't care. It may be from straining in the bathroom if you have been constipated. I've had it with both pregnancies- at the end of my first trimester and at the beginning of my second. I've also had it from sex in my first trimester but that was more of a bright red. The most recent time I had it it was orange/ brown for 2 weeks. GL
