HPT after 6 weeks
I took a FRER today with fmu and the test line was very slightly lighter than the control line. I should be 7w1d today and have been reading about the 'Hook Effect' (where the test gives inaccurate results when the HCG levels are so high) on google! Had anyone ever experienced this?!

Ah good thank you! It's reassuring to hear from people that have had the same thing happen.

Ahh phew thank you, will have a look for your pics now!
That's good that you've got an appt before your scan, this part is so hard isn't it! I'm really worried about my scan as I've had no sickness/nausea/tiredness at all.

I posted a picture of my tests. I should be somewhere between 8 and 9 weeks and my test line was lighter than the control.
I wish my scan was sooner but it's not for a couple of weeks. I do have an appointment on Monday and *may* hear the heartbeat on doppler then.
