The hormone isnt broken down with morning urine period. Doesnt matter if its 2nd or 3rd. Surges are caught in the afternoon and evening hours.

To be honest they sort of aren’t fmu . My baby has been waking up around 5:00 am so most are second or third morning urine .

It's best not to use fmu with these test tho. Just thought I'd give ya a heads up :-)
