New cycle , new start !

Plan for this month .... eat healthy, drink tea, and get walking/exercise in . I also plan on organizing my house a bit and being a more productive mommy to my 9 and a half month old . Stress is a fertility killer so it’s time to prime my mind and body for optimum baby dust! Who’s with me? I’m now cycle day 2 !

I think I need to cut back on working as much so I can do some of these things. I keep most of my house clean but my bedroom is a disaster. I bet cleaning and organizing it would bring a lot of stress relief.

Keep up the good work ladies and baby dust to us all!!

I’m here for support , Becky !! It seems like since I’ve been working out I’ve been down about 1.2 lbs a day for the last few days . My legs are sooo sore . I heard since your thigh muscles are so large, working them out can end up burning a lot of calories , as muscle burns fat ... I feel better, and the funny thing is, I made my hubby do a session yesterday and he woke up from a dead sleep and bd’d with me. In an odd way, I think it gives us both more energy !

Girl I was supposed to start doing all the good stuff this week but I came down with the flu so was sick in bed all week ??? I did lose a few pounds just from having no appetite but at is due tomorrow so I probably have some water weight to shed too. I’m having some symptoms but I’m sure it’s all in my head so I’ll be joining you on a healthier lifestyle journey tomorrow. I know I can do it and how to do it because I lost 60 pounds over the last few years but gained back 20 when I got married ? We got this though girl!! Congrats on losing that 4 pounds and keep it up! ???✨✨✨✨

3 days in a row of a session on the bow flex max trainer ( who knew a 3 minute warmup and 14 minute cardio session could be absolute hell hahah) but feeling very proud . I’ve also been taking prenatals, coQ10 and a probiotic all from Trader Joe’s . I’m now cycle day 6 and have one bd under my belt , yesterday with the hubs . Just from working out and eating better I’m down 4 lbs so far this cycle ( I’m guessing mostly inflammation/water weight ) ... crossing my fingers for a successful cycle, but also open to knowing since this is really the first month “ trying” again that it may not. Either way, I’ve been having a pretty blissful month so far. Here’s to a few more fabulous weeks !

I'm on cycle day 2 as well! Plan on starting to walk more again and take my 4 year old to the pool as much as possible seeing as we're already hitting 90 degrees.. lots of baby dust for you this coming month!!

Exercise and eating healthy is good for everything!! Mentally and physically ? I used to eat whatever I wanted and never worries about gaining weight until I found out I had ibs and was really sick. Now I don’t know how I went so long eating so unhealthy. It’s so life changing!! I’m a huge advocate for it. It also helped regulate my cycle and I’ve never been regular!!

Awesome , beckyboop!! We got this ! I conceived immediately after my husband and I finished a round of whole30 ( it’s basically paleo on crack ... no added sugar or sweetners, grains/gluten, soy, dairy , legumes , or alcohol .... just lots of meat,fruit, veggies, and eggs) . I whole heartedly believe it regulated our hormones on top of helping us lose weight ( my hubby dropped 30 lbs in 30 days and that’s with us eating huge portions still) . I also believe the stress of clutter cannot possibly be good for a relaxed cycle of trying . I need some “zen” in my life .

Also, thanks ladies !!! A little luck and a lot of bd’ing and we should be on our way to babyville!!

I’m right there with you. I gained about 20 pounds since getting married and I know losing weight helped me conceive my daughter 10 years ago so I’m hoping that’ll be a step in the right direction this time around too. I also am cutting back on my work schedule and one of my goals is to declutter and organize. Maybe it’ll help with my stress levels too ?
