Epileptic mum's to be?
Is there any epileptic mum's to be (or mum's already)?, I only got diagnosed last year and then unexpected baby too, did anything change for you majorly other than the amount of hospital appointments. I feel somewhat overwhelmed by the sheer amount of appointments, and people involved in my pregnancy.
I'm epileptic and the only major thing that's been changed is the meds I'm on. I was slowly transitioning to a safer med before we got pregnant and as soon as I found out, I completely transitioned. There is a lot of monitoring but it's worth it in the end. I appreciate it bc the hospital I go to apparently doesn't give normal pregnancies good enough care but high risks get a TON of care so that's nice. I've had epilepsy since I was 12 and I have the complex/grand mal seizures and those are scary. I'm just really grateful bc I haven't had a seizure for a year so praying that nothing happens. I also have a neighbor who has the same seizures as me and she has 2 healthy boys. ☺️
My appointment is next Friday and I really hope I’m effaced a good amount and dilated .
This birth has to be natural
So I was hearing that after a certain amount of time your appointments drop from every 4 weeks to every 2. When did that happen for everyone?
I have a doctors appointment today & I forgot to shave 😭😖 tmi sorry 😟
Always amazed
At the amount of seats that come into seat checks totally wrong. I did roughly 30 checks today and only 4 were right! Lots of babies are now safer in the car!
Y’all I did it!! I made the appointment to get my brows microbladed. I’m doing it on my birthday on December 9th
I'm epileptic 10w1d today got my booking appointment next week. Have tonic clonic and absence seizures... But freaked out a tiredness has meant a few more absences but not had a T/C for over a year so hope I don't have one and baby stays safe. So nervous about it all!
