1st Ultrasound 5w6d. We saw a flicker of a heartbeat. We go back on the 23rd to hear the heartbeat. ???????????????

I am 5 weeks 6 days and got my first ultrasound today. Lucky you see the baby and a heartbeat! My doc said we might not see baby or a heartbeat yet bc it may be too soon. We only saw the yolk sac.
