6 weeks exactly I also seen the heartbeat but we couldn't hear it yet.

No I think it just depends I heard my daughters at 9 weeks and this ultrasound lady said I would more than likely be able to hear it between 7 and 8.. @baylijeann

a doppler won't be able to pick up the heartbeat until about 12 weeks but it can be seen/heard through ultrasound earlier @baylijeann

I am 10 weeks and I have a appointment tomorrow morning think we will be able to hear it ?

by doppler? usually the doctor doesn't try that early, if they want to hear the heartbeat usually they use the u.s. I shouldn't say NEVER but it's very difficult to pick up with the doppler that early.

I had an elective transvaginal ultrasound and they seen and could measure the heartbeat we couldn't hear anything @kanicho

usually the computer "makes" the sound when the ultrasound picks up the heartbeat. I had ones at 7, 9, 10, 11, 14, 16, 18, 27 and 29.

Yeah she turned the sound on and couldn't hear anything... I have a picture of her measuring it I can show you @kanicho

I was weeks and 6 days she said it was about 100bpm and would start to get faster as the baby grew.. We couldn't hear anything but fuzz.. But it was picking it up @kanicho

:), it's the best sound when you can hear it, but you said you were 6 weeks and I didn't hear it until 7 for some reason I was thinking you were later...

Yeah. I loved hearing the heartbeat with my daughter she said I. Would probably be able to hear it next week or late this week. @kanicho
