I have been having the worst dizzy spells lately. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I had this with my last pregnancy I was low on iron, after couple weeks of iron pills my Dr prescribe after blood test my dizzy spells stopped
Yeah I have been ever since I got my positive test. I reckon drinking lots of water helps and trying not to get up too quick. And sitting down when they get bad otherwise I’ll end up falling down I reckon! Have had it with all my babies but then I’m a fainter normally too!

Yep I did yesturday. At work. Passed out. Ambulance and up to A+E. along with hot and cold flushes and lots of shaking, and gasping/ heavy breathing.
