They do baseline scans routinely while you are on your cycle. Mine is either CD 2,3 or 4. Depending on when they can get me in. So yes, they will scan you when you are having flow. It’s routine.

Ah ok. Thank you!! I was getting worried because they didn't tell me that. All I was told is to have last pill on the 4th and come in on the 9th! I didn't think at the time about the bleed in the middle lol. praying that scan is all ok and I can start Gonal F on Friday. EEEEEEK!
