Give femaprim a try it regulated my cycles .. Its a vitex vitB6 mixture worked pretty quick...faster then plain vitex.. I luv it..

Good idea to temp so you have proof. That's why I started temping bc i knew my cycles seemed off.

If you consistently don't ovulate, have short luteal phase etc clomid is awesome for tricking your body into ovulating & giving a progesterone boost for luteal phase.

You may not be wanting meds though. I just wanted to let you know. I was always annovulatory & got pregnant 2nd round of clomid. It literally blew my mind getting pregnant that quickly. It seemed too good to be true, but he is 15 months now & we are on clomid again hoping for a sibling for him ?. Anywayyyy, sorry for the story. Good luck!

Ive been going to the dr for about a year now. as ttc. They keep doing hormone tests at different time in my cycles and they keep saying everything is ok. So started temping to try and prove that it's not ok! I don't know if I normally ovulate or not

My annovulatory cycles have gotten long like that. It's like your body can't figure out what is going on or something. So frustrating :( I hope af comes soon so you can start fresh. Do you normally ovulate?

Thats a long cycle. Have you thought about taking vitex to help steady your cycles. They worked well for me as i was irregular.. you can just buy them from the chemist.

I would keep charting for at least 3 cycles and if you don't see an ovulation pattern over time I would check with your doctor

Normally anywhere between 30-40 day cycles.
