Swollen ankles after miscarriage?

Hey ladies. I miscarried last week, stopped bleeding on Tuesday of this week. I had a headache from Monday until this morning. The headache went away and I felt perfectly fine. I was fine at work all day, fine when I left work, and when I got home my ankles and feet were pretty swollen. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. I don't want to go to the ER over a non-issue. Has anyone ever had this happen or have any idea what could be causing it. They've been swollen all evening. Thanks ladies.
