Confused???? Don't know how many weeks I am
So ladies I'm confused I just found out I'm pregnant and the dr tells me I'm 5 weeks going office last period, but I know I only conceived 2 weeks ago. So how do I know exactly how many weeks my baby is?

They take it from your last period as when the egg is 1st released it starts its journey down the fallopian tube while on its way down its multiplying and forming already then it attached itself to your uturine wall and carries on forming x
