Love the results im getting from weight machines, its been a few months and I started off barely being able to lift anything but just pushed myself. Just wanted to rave somewhere lol. My friend said I looked jacked, dont really see that as a bad thing because I feel so strong now.
Should also note my son just turned 2 so an adequate milk supply was already established.
@love, when I go in the am usually just a bananna but I snack during the night because im extended bf so that holds me over .when im done i get a coffee and have a couple of hasbrowns just dab the grease off .then have a bowl of plain oatmeal mixed with some peanut butter, (recently been buying the powdered kind)and add blueberries to it or some other fruit with some milk. I got whey protein powder a week ago but havent took it long enough to see or feel any benefits. I dont eat red meat often mostly lean meats and veggies, I also drink a ton of water daily.I would probably have a crazy body if I watched what i ate more but nursing made me develop a crazy sweet tooth. Overall weights have helped me tone up without alot of calorie restriction or worrying about losing my milk supply.
Thanks ladies , it really feels empowering. I was out of shape for the longest time. Once you start pushing yourself it becomes a routine and your strength increases. Im pulling 70 lbs in this picture, when I started i could barely do 20 lbs.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
You look great!
