My babies will be exactly 2 years 1 month apart. Given this baby comes on his due date. I'm scared out of my mind but I think it's a perfect age Gap.
deleted-user·
My son and my daughter are 1 year and 5 months apart.. There 10&9 years old.. My youngest daughter is 17 months and is 9 years apart from my son and 8 from my daughter
deleted-user·
My current two are nearly two years apart. March ‘14 and January ‘16. This baby will be March or April ‘18
deleted-user·
My kids are 2 years 2 months apart. It’s a great age gap imo
deleted-user·
Mine are not quite 3.5 years apart. I think their age difference is great.
deleted-user·
I only have one but just from observation it seems to me that 3.5-4 years is the ideal gap. Far enough apart to remove the sense of competition and close enough that they still have lots of common interests.
deleted-user·
Mine are 4. Although it would be so much easier than 2, I'd definitely would have preferred a 2 year gap.
deleted-user·
I love the 2 age difference with my boys. They are close, and it's fun to see them near the same development stages? You can take them to places and they will be able to play together.
deleted-user·
Mine are almost 5.5 years apart. It wasn't necessary planned like that since I was a single mom. Then planned my second (my husband's first technically) a year ago. Now due any moment. Our dd keeps wanting to help, asking questions about him. Come back to me after our son is born.
However my brother and I are 1 day shy of 2 years apart. My birthday is the day before his ;) I loved it growing up. We did tons of things and we were best of friends. However as we got older we have drifted and have different life paths. I choose to work part time to get out of the house and enjoy life. While he choose a hard profession and work 60 hours +
Personally two years is the best so far from what I have experience.
deleted-user·
Will be 2 year and 10 month. I’ll let you know how I get on come March lol.
deleted-user·
If I have this baby when I am due then my littles will be 2 years and 11 months apart!
deleted-user·

deleted-user·
Mine will be pretty much exactly 4 years apart. We wanted them closer but struggled getting pregnant a second time. At first I was super bummed as each month passed that their age gap grew but now I'm so happy since my son understands and is very excited ?
deleted-user·
My 2 are 14 months apart. And when this baby is due my now youngest and this baby will be 5 years apart.
deleted-user·
Mine are almost 4 years apart just by a month.
deleted-user·
Mine are 21.5mos apart. The first few months were chaos but I've got the hang of it now. I love having my little ones close in age.
deleted-user·

deleted-user·

deleted-user·
Depending on when this lo actually comes 2 years apart- they have the same due date! Not sure about the gap yet obviously but hoping it's as good as some pp's have said!
deleted-user·
7yrs?
deleted-user·
My first two are only 15 months apart. I had my third when they were about 5 and 6. Now they are 15, 14 and almost 10 and I'm due in January.

It will be 4 years & 9 months when little one arrives ?
deleted-user·
I have a 6 and a half yr old girl. A 2 year old girl. And baby girl due in February. I liked the age difference between my first two. The age difference between my 2nd and 3rd may be a little difficult. Still potty training my second.
deleted-user·
My dd is 4 and my ds is 6.5 months old :) I personally love this age gap
deleted-user·
My girls are two years apart, both born in May. I love this age gap. I feel like it was enough time to allow for dd1 to be somewhat independent when dd2 was born and also for them to enjoy playing together now that dd2 is older.
deleted-user·
My kids are 19mos apart.

Thank you ladies so much for answering. Just curious how do you all handle having them in a two to four+ age gap?
deleted-user·
My 2 boys are 22 months apart. Originally I wanted a 3 year gap but as the baby gets older I'm really happy they are this close in age. The only problem I have is they are both in diapers ?
deleted-user·
Mine will be short of 7 years
deleted-user·
When my son is born, it’ll be just over 5 years between them
deleted-user·
They are 5 years apart. They are at different phases, but can appreciate each other. They are very close.
deleted-user·
About 5.5 years. We love this age gap as I got to spend one on one time with each as babies and I never had to worry about ds1 doing anything unintentionally to harm ds2.
deleted-user·
Almost exactly 22mths apart. My oldest was born 11/22/12 my youngest was 9/15/14. My oldest was born on thanksgiving. So next year his bday will be on thanksgiving
deleted-user·
If this baby ever comes, my boys will be almost 4 years apart.
deleted-user·
They will be 4 years apart when i have dd
deleted-user·
They will be about 4 years and 3 months apart
deleted-user·
19 mo... I don't ever want them this close again. 3 years sounds good to me
deleted-user·
My little girl and boy will be 18 months apart. At first I was nervous, but now with the remaining few weeks am feeling confident! There are pros and cons to any age, just have to jump in and don’t look back ???
deleted-user·
My son just turned 5 last week. My daughter is almost 10 weeks.
deleted-user·

deleted-user·

deleted-user·
3.5 years. I always wanted them close together, but I’m happy how it turned out. Gave me a little more time with my son before the new baby came.
deleted-user·
So I'm going to take a different approach to this question (though I didn't read all of the responses because there was so many, so someone else may have already said it).
They say it takes about 2 years for your body to recover and get back your nutrient levels and what not after having a baby. So, I think at least 2 years is a good gap. My son turned 2 and we found out pretty much a week later that #2 is on the way so they'll be a little over 2 1/2 years apart.
