It sounds like it could be from the exam. I have had some spotting after PAPs too. It never hurts to test if AF doesn't show. ?

yea I think it was a pap.

Did you have a pap? Sometimes I spot after I get that done, doctor told me it was normal.

it was my first appt and he asked me if I wanted an exam

@blunta to be honest I dnt even no wat he did all I felt was him stuck something in me and my hubby said it was metal

It could be either or it could be from the exam depending on what kind they did.
