I love Gatorade. That would be awesome. But i also can't afford Gatorade so it will have to wait.

I heard someone on here not to long ago say she drank a gatorade and it made her produce a lot

Well I just made some lactation cookies with flax seed fenugreek and brewers yeast. I'm not sure what the flax seed meal is for but it's in the recipe

Not that I have ever heard. Only side effect I know is it can cause gas for you and baby.

Could fenugreek mess with my birth control.? I do not want to get pregnant again and I can't get a tubal until August. So I don't want to do anything to mess with my birth control. I couldn't find anything on it though

Take some lactation cookies, increase fluid intake, Fenugreek tablets is really good to increase supply and rest! Also consult with a lactation nurse, they can be really helpful!

No tongue tie that I know of. And she didn't start having issues feeding until mid last week and it started out once or twice a day she would cry at the breast but at night when I have filler breasts/more milk she is completely fine and eats well but during the day I make less and she screams while eating a lot. But this is a newer thing she always breast fed well until now actually up until last week I pumped about 9oz at a time. And now I get maybe 3. If I'm lucky. And she is throwing fits. I'm having to compress my breast to get more milk flow for her.

I have given pumped milk a few times but she hasn't gotten more than two or three bottles in the past few weeks

I give her medicine to help with teething I stop and burp her repeatedly through feeding and give her gas drops. And do bicycle excersizes. I don't think k it's gas or teething.

Yes she has wet diapers. And no i havent tried lactation cookies and I don't really drink unless I am really in the mood to drink. Which is rare

She is almost 7 weeks old. Sorry I was trying to get her and my son to sleep. She's was grumpy.

I also want to know how old lo is. How long have you been having issue feeding? It may be your period coming on. Or it may be your milk is regulating and lo is having to work more and getting frustrated so age is a question.

Have you tried making lactation cookies, or smoothies. Dark beer helps, drinking lots of water. Does your lo have wet diapers? Could it just be teething or gas?

I feel like I'm failing my daughter. I had such a great milk supply up until about a week ago and I started producing less and less. And now I am lucky to get 3 ounces from both sides. My daughter will start to eat and then pull off and scream and she just screamed so much that she threw up because she is hungry. I've been nursing her all day. I don't want to switch to formula and I'm afraid I might have to. What else can I do to fix my supply.

Update. The lactation cookies worked. I just pumped 8oz. I'm so happy.

Update 2. We have been doing great with breastfeeding. I beat the 3 month mark which is double to amount of time I breastfed my son. I'm so happy. Those cookies really work. I'll post the recipe if anyone wants it.. It's a great recipe. Although it says eat 5 a day..... I did not eat 5 a day....... Maybe 500 lmao ???
