Ugh that's horrible. When I was in labor with my first it took them four times to do it first try it blew out that was on top of my hand, second she could get it in the vain on my arm where yours is then she got another nurse who tried it in my hand again and couldn't get it the finally got it on the side of my wrist it was horrible I bruised so bad and it was sore.... BUT ANYWAYS congrats hope you have a fast pain free healthy delivery and healthy baby.
I got the pill at 10 to soften my cervix and start dilating. And they said if they check me and I'm dilated enough by 2 am they will take me downstairs. So I am going through this process a lot faster than expected.

They can only get the inside of my wrist. I'd love to get one in the arm.
